Send verified payment history to a rental owner in a few clicks — you stay in control of who sees what.
Sharing your Maja profile is how you show a rental owner that you are a reliable tenant. You are always in control of who receives your profile link and when.
From your dashboard, click Share profile. Enter the rental owner's email address and click Send. Maja will email them a secure link immediately. The link is valid for 30 days.
The rental owner gets an email from Maja with your first name and last initial — for example, Emma K. — and a button to view your profile. Clicking it takes them to your verified payment history. No account or login is required on their side.
Every rental owner can view your most recent three months of payment history at no cost. This includes your payment label (such as Excellent Renter), how many payments were made, whether they were on time, and an approximate rent range. Your exact rent amount, account balance, other transactions and account number are never shown.
If the rental owner wants to see more, they can purchase six, twelve, or twenty-four months of history. This is their cost, not yours. You do not need to do anything — the purchase unlocks the additional history automatically on their end.
You can create a new share link for each rental owner you apply to. Each link is separate, so you can track who has viewed your profile from your dashboard.
Share links are valid for 30 days. If a rental owner tries to open an expired link, simply go to your dashboard and send them a new one. Your payment history is not affected by link expiry.
