Sharing is how a verified history becomes useful: it turns "trust me, I pay on time" into evidence a rental owner can check in seconds. You stay in control of who receives a link and for how long.
Open your dashboard and choose Share profile, enter the rental owner's email address and send. Maja emails them a secure link immediately. Each link is separate, so you can create one per application and see which ones have been opened.
They get an email from Maja showing your first name and last initial and a button to open your verified payment history. No account and no login is needed on their side, which removes the usual excuse for never looking at the documents you sent.
Every rental owner can see your three most recent months at no cost: your reliability label, how many payments were made, whether they were on time, and an approximate rent range. Your exact rent, your balance, your other transactions and your account number are never shown.
If a rental owner wants more evidence before signing a long lease, they can unlock 6, 12 or 24 months of history. They pay for that, not you, and the unlock happens instantly on their side — you do not need to approve anything again.
Links are valid for 30 days and then stop working, which prevents an old application from circulating indefinitely. If a link expires before a decision is made, simply send a new one from your dashboard; your payment history is unaffected by link expiry.
