Maja has no subscriptions, no setup fees and no per-seat licences. Renters pay nothing at all, and rental owners pay only when they choose to look deeper into a specific profile.
Connecting your bank, building a bank-verified rent payment history and sharing a verified profile link with rental owners is free for renters. No credit check is involved and no payment card is ever required. You can connect more than one account, renew the PSD2 consent every 90 days, create as many share links as you apply for apartments, and delete your account and data whenever you want — all included.
No subscription and no setup fee — you pay only when you need deeper history. In practice most landlords screen a whole shortlist for free and unlock extended history only for the applicant they intend to sign, where a longer lease justifies the extra evidence. Compared with one vacant month or a single rent arrears case, the cost is negligible. Payments are processed by card and you receive a receipt for bookkeeping.
A verified monthly payment record for the chosen period: how many payments were made, how many arrived on time, how late any others were, the reliability label and an approximate rent range. Every data point is derived from the renter's own bank feed over read-only PSD2 access, so nothing in it is self-reported.
Automated monthly rental income reporting to the Finnish Tax Administration costs 4.50 € per month per property, retroactive months included, charged automatically to your card. If you start mid-year, the retroactive months for the current year are charged once at activation and monthly billing continues from there. There is no minimum term and you can stop reporting for a property at any time.
