What a purchase unlocks A landlord who wants more evidence before signing a long lease can unlock a longer window at their own cost — the renter is never charged. As a limited-time launch offer: six months €7.90 (normally €12.90), twelve months €12.90 (normally €19.90), twenty-four months €17.90 (normally €29.90). The purchase buys more history, not more detail: the extended view contains the same monthly summary rows plus a badge per six-month period. Why a summary is stronger evidence than a statement Landlords often ask for a PDF statement instead, but it is a worse instrument for both sides: it can be edited in minutes, so a careful landlord cannot fully rely on it, and it exposes far more of a renter's private life than the decision requires — poor data minimisation under GDPR. A Maja profile is derived from a live read-only PSD2 bank feed, so neither the renter, the landlord nor Maja can alter the underlying payments. It is narrower and more trustworthy at the same time. How late payments are presented A payment is flagged as late only when it arrives more than five days after the usual payment day, so weekends, bank holidays and slow interbank transfers do not count against the renter. Where a month genuinely was late, the profile shows it with the number of days. Nothing is hidden or smoothed over, which is exactly what makes the clean months believable. Your controls as a renter You choose who gets a link, one per application if you like. Links stop working after 30 days. You can disconnect your bank at any time, in which case existing verified months simply stop updating, and you can delete your account and data entirely from Settings.
