These terms govern use of Maja, a service of Maja App Oy (Business ID 3633958-3, Finland). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions can be sent to hello@maja-app.com.
Maja lets a renter connect a bank account with read-only PSD2 access, verifies recurring rent payments from that data, and produces a shareable payment history. Rental owners can view a shared profile and optionally unlock extended history. In Finland, rental owners can also have Maja file monthly rental income reports to the Finnish Tax Administration on their behalf.
Maja is free for renters. Rental owners view three months of history free and pay per unlock: 7.90 € for 6 months, 12.90 € for 12 months, 17.90 € for 24 months, per profile, with no subscription or setup fee. OmaVero rental income reporting costs 4.50 € per month per property, retroactive months included, charged automatically to the card you register. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Maja reports what it finds in the connected bank account. Detection of rent payments is automated and you confirm the result, but Maja does not guarantee that a payment history is complete if a bank feed is incomplete, a consent has expired or rent was paid from another account or in cash. A Maja profile is decision support; the letting decision and its legality remain with the rental owner.
You may disconnect your bank and delete your account at any time. Share links expire 30 days after creation. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms. Finnish law applies and disputes are heard by the Helsinki District Court, without limiting consumer rights.
